ISQ Recruitment is supporting a Norfolk-based company in their search for aProject Managerto join their growing delivery team. Youll be working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. About the Role Youll take responsibility for managing a range of bespoke, often one-off projects with varying levels of complexity. This role involves coordinating technical drawings, timelines, materials, and stakeholder input to ensure smooth delivery. This is an office-based role with regular travel between two local sites and the occasional need to visit clients or suppliers. Youll be supported by a wider project and technical team and encouraged to suggest improvements to systems, communication, and process. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects from order to completion Oversee planning, coordination, and budget tracking Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers/contractors Ensure documentation, schedules, and communication are up to date Handle technical queries and resolve project issues as they arise Represent the business professionally in client and supplier interactions What Were Looking For Essential: Experience managing bespoke or design-led projects in a technical environment Strong organisational and planning skills Ability to read and understand technical drawings Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset Confident working across departments to ensure delivery Good knowledge of MS Office Desirable: Familiarity with CAD or technical design software Background in interiors, manufacturing, or low-volume production Experience in commercial project delivery with private clients Why Apply?
