In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising product and materials planning across our operations. This position is ideal for someone with prior FMCG demand planning experienceespecially within packaging, food, or pharmaceutical sectors.Initially, this role is based full-time at our Lincolnshire office, with travel to our other manufacturing site. Once fully trained and competent, hybrid working arrangements may be considered.Key Responsibilities:Manage supply of finished products to meet customer demand and delivery requirementsPlan manufacturing needs and ensure efficient communication with production and transport teamsOrder and manage the supply of raw materials and packaging from multiple suppliersReview forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid disruption to productionProactively manage supplier relationships to ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) deliveriesSupply Chain Coordination:Liaise daily with suppliers and internal teams to resolve service or stock issues quicklyLead investigations and handle complaints with a continuous improvement mindsetSupport internal administration including sales/purchase order creation, inter-company transfers, and use of customer portalsAbout You:Skills & Experience:Strong FMCG demand planning background (packaging, food or pharma preferred)Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essentialHighly analytical, detail-focused, and confident working with numbersEffective communicator, especially via email, with strong written and verbal skillsComfortable working independently and collaboratively across functionsProactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing prioritiesIf youre a proactive planner looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced and dynamic business, wed love to hear from you!Additional Details:Seniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Supply ChainIndustries: Staffing and Recruiting, Food and Beverage Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
