Our Information Display Product Management Team is responsible for the sales and distribution of Information Display products into the UK market.As an Assistant Product Manager you will be tasked to understand and forecast on future business budget needs, analyse findings by conducting cost & benefit analyses, create suggestions & check the reasonability of payment, and communicate with the marketing team, including checking budget of marketing support. You will be responsible for managing sales programmes, which includes organizing promotion details, monthly sales programmes report, and monitoring budget balance and current sales programme activities. Any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as requested by the line manager.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesSales Programme / Marketing Activities Funding MonitoringShare the product and market information with PM team, Sales team and other internal stakeholders, and provide UK business update to HQUnderstand and forecast on future business budget needsAnalyse findings by conducting cost & benefit analysesCreate recommendations based on sound assessment of opportunities and risks and communicate them to management and stakeholdersCheck the reasonability of payment (evidence, agreement, stock date, sales out data, price, etc.)Regularly communicate with marketing team and check budget of marketing supportDisplay allowance, A&P, rebate, SOA, price protection claimHQ strategic fund managementOther Sales & Marketing activities supportID Solutions Sales Programme Management System (SPMS) Request:Management of ID Solutions Sales Programmes in SPMSOrganise the promotion detail and period managementGenerate the monthly sales programmes reportOrganise the sales promotion monthly calendarMonitor the balance and current sales programme activitySupport sales coordination to update old and new programmesRegular Activities:Daily: SPMS management (include charge back in sales and market activities), monitoring of daily sales progressWeekly: sales programme updated report, monitor & report weekly delivery planMonthly: sales deduction report, charge back report, promotion calendar, month-end closing (issues related to P&L)Quarterly: marketing expense report, actual activities reportYearly: year report for sales programme, MKT activities, individual report etc.Skills, Education & ExperienceAdvanced in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of databases and queriesDue to daily communication with HQ, the candidate would have to be fluent in verbal and written communication in English and Korean.
