This role is directly responsible for the daily servicing and relationship management of either a large scale third party relationship (TPI) or several blue chip/Public Sector customers.As the focal point of contact for your customers enquiries, ensuring they receive the expected high level of Customer Service the ideal candidate will be numerate and literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Day to day experience of excel is required.The role includes ensuring your customers are provided with accurate invoices and reporting on a monthly basis in line with contractual requirements.
