This is a key leadership role, responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, driving growth, and leading a high-performing team of regional sales managers. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping the regional commercial strategy, increasing market penetration, and ensuring operational excellence.Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver a robust sales strategy for the ethnic channel in the North.- Lead and support a team of Regional Sales Managers, ensuring performance targets are met.- Build and manage senior relationships with key retail and wholesale partners.- Identify market opportunities and develop initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales.- Monitor sales performance and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure commercial alignment.- Stay abreast of competitor activity and market trends to inform decision-making.- Ensure compliance with all commercial policies and procedures.Skills & Experience- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the FMCG or ethnic grocery sector.- Strong understanding of the UK ethnic trade landscape, particularly in the North.- Demonstrable success in leading and developing sales teams.- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.- Commercially astute with a strong analytical mindset.- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.What We Offer- Leadership role in a growing and values-driven organisation- Competitive salary, car allowance, and bonus- Strong career development opportunities- Employee discounts and generous holiday allowance
