This is a dual-role position involving both hands-on sales activity and the supervision of Sales Executives. You'll play a key part in driving team performance, coordinating exhibitor marketing activities, and contributing directly to revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targetsManage your own pipeline of sales leads and process exhibitor ordersRepresent the company at exhibitions and support service delivery onsiteMaintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and order detailsCoordinate post-event follow-up to gather feedback and uncover new opportunitiesSupport the execution of exhibitor marketing campaigns across the groupWhat Were Looking ForWere seeking a proactive and results-driven individual with strong sales instincts and leadership potential.
