Candidates typically go from first interview to offer within a week.Your MissionWe are seeking a Partnership Associate to own and develop potential clients across Europe:Identify and Engage: Proactively seek out, connect with, and schedule meetings with prospective sponsors.Drive Deals: Articulate value propositions, craft compelling proposals, and successfully close sponsorship agreements.Deliver Excellence: Ensure the seamless fulfillment of all agreed-upon sponsor benefits and deliverables.Cultivate Relationships: Nurture and expand enduring partnerships with our valued sponsors.What You Bring to the TableYou possess an exceptional work ethic, fueled by a strong sense of urgency and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You're a self-starter who takes ownership, acts proactively, and consistently follows through. You're also approachable, humble, and share our enthusiasm for building and scaling innovative businesses. Furthermore, we're looking for someone who:Is eager to build a career in sponsorship sales, media sales, or B2B/B2C sales.Communicates with exceptional clarity and impact, especially verbally.Enjoys building and strengthening professional connections.Has a natural ability to connect with people and build rapport effortlessly.Proven record of working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.2+ years of experience in events sales or business development
