This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive finance team in a broad role that offers leadership responsibility and genuine scope to add value.If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.This newly created position is ideal for a qualified accountant with a couple of years post-qualification experience in industry, looking to take ownership of financial reporting while managing and developing a small team.What youll be doing:Oversee the month-end close process and ensure timely delivery of financial reportingPrepare monthly finance packs and reports for senior stakeholdersSupport the annual budgeting and forecasting processMaintain strong financial controls and ensure balance sheet integrityManage and develop a small finance teamDrive improvements across reporting and processesCollaborate with departments across the business to deliver insight and analysisSupport on project work and ad hoc reporting as requiredWhat youll bring:Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/CA) with a strong grounding in industry financeExcellent technical and reporting skills, with a commercial mindsetExperience managing or mentoring team membersConfident communicator, able to partner with non-finance stakeholdersProactive and hands-on, with a continuous improvement mindsetThis is a permanent role offering a salary of 5565k plus excellent benefits and hybrid working (2 days in the office per week).If youd like to find out more, please get in touch or send your CV to vanessa.tomba@changerecruitmentgroup.com.
