We are partnering on this search with our client, a long-established and successful quantitative hedge fund based in the heart of London. Youll work directly with senior leadership and technical peers in a collaborative, no-silos culture where your ideas and contributions will be taken seriously.The role will involve: Taking ownership of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune Managing both on-prem and cloud-based directory services (Active Directory and Entra ID) Providing high-quality IT support to a small team (~20 users), including traders and quants Driving automation through PowerShell scripting and other tools Managing the firms Azure environment and contributing to infrastructure-as-code projects using Terraform Supporting Windows desktop and server environments in a highly available setting Liaising with external vendors and service providers Playing a key role in incident response, resolution, and documentationDesired Experience 5+ years experience in IT support or infrastructure, preferably in finance or professional services Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related administration Deep understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and system administration Proven ability to manage Windows-based endpoints and troubleshoot complex issues Hands-on experience with Azure and familiarity with Terraform or similar IaC tools A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and proactively Strong communication skills able to liaise confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersThe Environment:Think high trust, low bureaucracy.
