The RoleIs your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.As a highly experienced and strategic internal communications leader, you will partner with senior C-suite stakeholders to support, orchestrate and help govern the internal communications activity within these organisations and how the organisations communicate with colleagues across the wider business. You will help shape the culture and align colleagues with our vision and business goals, while responding to our colleagues communication needs and devising the best ways to drive high levels of understanding, connection and engagement.Outcomes of the RoleTogether with senior leaders and key stakeholders from the Wealth and COO organisations, help define and own their comprehensive colleague communications strategies to align with strategic goals and values and deliver clear, effective and engaging communication to colleagues within these organisations but also more widely across the businessDeliver content that supports client-facing colleagues with their day-to-day job, including procedural, training, incident management, and technical content, as requiredSupport the development of a positive brand narrative for key internal audiences, cascading it into key touchpoints in partnership with a range of stakeholders from across the businessHelp bring to life our company culture by fostering a strong sense of community and connection, driving positive colleague engagement through the end-to-end production, distribution and amplification of high-impact communications to large colleague audiencesHelp to deploy a modern and integrated mix of channels and content formats, including colleague engagement campaigns, internal social in-person and virtual events, and moreLead on developing and delivering communication plans that support a range of initiatives across the business, including operations, technology, change and transformation workstreamsAct as a trusted communications adviser to the business, supporting the communication needs of senior leaders while nurturing and building relationships on behalf of our team with all the necessary stakeholdersDefine, implement and oversee a rigorous planning, production and measurement process for the internal communications activity within your remitLead, grow and mentor an in-house team of high-performing colleague communications professionals, championing creativity and collaborationKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceA wealth of experience in senior internal communication roles, developing and successfully activating internal communications strategies in large organisationsA strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how internal communications drives business successA highly KPI-driven approach to internal communications and colleague engagementTech-savvy and data-driven, with an ability to activate and measure campaigns factoring in a wide range of channels and formats, including SharePoint as well as modern experiences like social intranetsA solid understanding of and experience in creative production principles, with an ability to visually express content with minimal creative team support (including video and event production)Remarkable storytelling, writing and presentation skills, with considerable experience in crafting compelling narrativesMeticulously organised, very attentive to detail and highly flexible with changing requirements, with a proven ability to balance multiple ongoing campaigns and projectsA proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, with strong experience in conflict management and resolutionExperience in managing and growing high-performing communications professionalsExperience in the Wealth and Asset Management industry, and more broadly in the Financial Services sector (this is an advantage, but is not required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
