This role plays a vital part in shaping the customer experience and ensuring end-to-end satisfaction with JDs bulky or technical product deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Order Delivery: Safely and efficiently transport goods from the delivery station to customers' homes, ensuring on-time and damage-free delivery of itemsespecially large or bulky products such as appliances and furniture.Value-Added Services:Provide professional customer service during each delivery, including unpacking, positioning products, and removing packaging materials as needed.Installation Services:Conduct basic product installation according to company guidelines and customer requirements (e.g., connecting appliances, assembling furniture). Ensure functionality and customer acceptance before completing the delivery.Customer Interaction:Represent JD Logistics with professionalism and courtesy. Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery times, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.Compliance and Safety:Follow all road safety regulations and company operational procedures. Maintain vehicle condition and report any service needs or incidents promptly.QualificationsValid drivers license with a clean driving record.Prior experience in delivery driving, particularly involving heavy or large items.Basic mechanical or installation skills preferred (training may be provided).Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills.Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy products.Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.Mandarin language skills are a plus for internal coordination.Preferred ExperienceExperience delivering and installing appliances, electronics, or furniture.Familiarity with basic tools and safe installation procedures.
