Customer Experience CoordinatorAn exciting opportunity to join a fast growing company who specialise in private, luxurious travel for owners and their dogs. As Customer Experience coordinator you will be the first point of contact for clients ensuring their experience is seamless and stress free.All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.Customer Experience Coordinator Role and ResponsibilitiesProcess new bookings, entering data accurately into all relevant tracking systems and ensure all relevant information has been received from the customerReview pet health documentation, to identify any discrepancies, ensuring these are rectified before sending to the relevant authorities for approvalLiaise with external pet partners to ensure they have all relevant information and chase up any outstanding documentsIssue Flight Brief and review passenger manifests, ensuring complete accuracy of data to avoid any finesCustomer Experience Coordinator Skills and Experience RequiredAlthough not essential, previous experience in aviation would be advantageousExceptional communication skills, written and verbalExcellent admin and organisational skills and attention to detailProven customer service skills, which demonstrate an enthusiasm for delivering high service levelsAbility to multi-task and work under pressure to achieve tight deadlinesCustomer Experience Coordinator Key BenefitsCirca 25,000 per annumEmployer pension contributionPrivate Medical InsuranceMonday to Friday 11:00 19:00 or 14:00 22:00
