Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and diligent operator to join our manufacturing team in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, building pcb's, building cables, soldering and assembly. This role requires a solid understanding of electrical circuitry, the ability to make and assemble components, and a commitment to ensuring high-quality output.ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.Assemble products according to engineering drawings and specifications.Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform basic repairs as needed.Soldering, circuitry, electrical and mechanical assembly, test / inspection and quality control.Handle materials effectively within the warehouse environment, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.SkillsReliable and trustworthyMechanical or engineering aptitudeService experiencePreferred SkillsMechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery operations.Experience in fabricating, assembling, and soldering components.Competent in materials handling practices within a warehouse setting.Ability to work with various tooling equipment effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting machinery issues.If you would like to apply for this position, please send your cv to karen@optima-connections.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 23,810.00-26,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.Bonus schemeBenefits:Company pensionFree parkingSchedule:Monday to Friday
