A global FMCG leader, specialising in health, beauty, and cosmetic products, is seeking a confident and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join their growing People & Culture team.This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a business that partners with major global retailers and operates across the UK, South Africa, and Asia.About the Role Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, youll play a pivotal role in delivering a modern, people-first HR function across the UK while collaborating with global offices.This is a broad and varied position with exposure to all aspects of HR, recruitment, employee engagement, and office culture perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow.What Youll Be Doing Strategic HR Partnering: Support leadership with workforce planning, organisational design, and talent initiatives.Employee Relations & Performance: Advise on ER issues, manage performance plans, conduct investigations, and support grievance processes.Recruitment & Onboarding: Work alongside the Talent Partner to identify hiring needs, interview candidates, and ensure a positive onboarding experience.HR Compliance & Policy: Keep up to date with employment legislation and best practice; support policy reviews and updates.People Analytics: Use HR data to influence decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention.Culture & Engagement: Champion internal initiatives, support wellbeing and social events, and create an engaging office environment.What Were Looking For Easy access to Sheffield CIPD-qualified (or equivalent experience) Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law Confident communicator and trusted advisor Able to influence at all levels of the organisation Data-driven and detail-oriented Approachable, professional, and discreet This is more than just a job its a chance to influence culture, shape talent, and grow your career within a dynamic, global organisation.If youre an HR Advisor ready for your next challenge apply today.
