The role: Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify candidates via databases, job boards, and social media; conduct interviews to assess fit for client needs.Relationship Management: Build strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.Recruitment Support: Deliver quality profiles and manage hiring projects efficiently for consultants.Job Advertising & Coordination: Create bilingual job ads and coordinate communication with candidates.What we offer: International environment: work together with Germans and colleagues from allover Europe!
