The opportunity We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Department in Warrington.Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.The payroll team are currently processing two weekly payrolls in excess of 700 employees combined.This position offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time working hours.As a key support within a busy payroll team, you will help ensure the smooth running of weekly and monthly payroll processes, manage expense reporting, and handle general administrative duties.The Role This role would suit a hardworking individual with great attention to detail and organisational skills.Good timekeeping and awareness of strict deadlines is a must.The right candidate will need to be able to provide support for the whole payroll team where needed as well as working directly with the payroll manager.This roll has the potential to progress within the payroll team, as the company continues to grow.As part of the team, you will provide support and assist with the maintenance of all Payroll functions and handling administration tasks as required.Your Duties and Responsibilities will be: Assist with processing company expenses via an online portal Compile and distribute monthly expense reports Provide administrative support to the payroll team for weekly payrolls Log, organise, and direct payroll-related queries to the appropriate team member Respond to general administrative enquiries Assist in processing and reporting weekly sick pay Collate and verify payroll information for use by the payroll team Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls to the payroll department Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the payroll function Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Excellent time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines A collaborative team player with a positive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with Sage50 Payroll is desirable You will have the following experience: Previous payroll or administrative experience is advantageous but not essential Get in touch now If you're seeking a new opportunity in the Payroll field and think you have the relevant skills and experience our client desires then apply now.Millbank Holdings Ltd is an equal opportunities employer and respects diversity.We welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons who are eligible to live and work in the UK.Millbank is proud to be a member of the Disability Confident Scheme.Millbank operates as an Employment Agency and Business.
