Warehouse Operative Up to 26,000 9% Non Contributory Pension 4x Salary Life Assurance Personalised Training and Development 25 Days Annual Leave About the Role Were working with a long-established aerospace manufacturer in Denham who is looking to expand their warehouse and logistics team.Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.They are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Operative / Packer to support the preparation, packing, and dispatch of precision aerospace components.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, growing business that supplies to global defence and aerospace clients.Key Responsibilities Picking, packing, and preparing aerospace components for shipment Labelling and wrapping items according to customer and export specifications Performing incoming goods inspection and checking paperwork Stock control, inventory checks, and maintaining accurate records Operating manual handling equipment (e.g.pallet trucks) safely Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with H&S standards Working closely with logistics and quality teams to meet daily dispatch targets Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or packing role (aerospace/engineering ideal) Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work Ability to follow written instructions and packing specifications accurately Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to commute to Denham daily For more information please contact me on 01923470756 or email k.slaughter@mane.co.uk
