The Assistant Manager will play a key role in the mobilisation and day-to-day running of the site, with a strong emphasis on leasing and resident experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing (Primary Focus):Supports leasing efforts to reach 98% occupancyManages listings, enquiries, and resident screeningOversees the resident journey from enquiry to move-inHandles lease renewals and provides lettings performance updatesOperational Mobilisation:Assists with pre-opening activities including compliance and supplier onboardingHelps ensure the building is ready for launchResident Services:Acts as a key point of contact for residentsSupports move-in/move-out processes and maintains accurate recordsAssists in delivering events and fostering community engagementProperty & Compliance:Helps maintain high building standards and cleanlinessSupports health & safety and operational complianceTeam & Finance Support:Aids in contractor coordination and cost controlAssists with arrears management and invoice processing
