These include autism, learning disabilities, and Rhizomelic Chondrodysplasia Punctata. I'll need a helping hand with all aspects of daily living, from personal care and making sure my nutritional needs are met, to communicating using Makaton and picture exchange communication systems. Assistance with mobility will also be greatly appreciated, as well as someone who understands and supports my physical and emotional well-being.
