Rehabilitation Case Manager Complex or Catastrophic injury experience Central London/Greater London or surrounding - Remote and field based. 35,000 - 50,000 Dependent on Experience Overview of the role: You will hold a caseload of children and/or adults who have complex rehabilitation needs or life-changing injuries due to backgrounds of traumatic/acquired brain injuries, clinical negligence, birth trauma, spinal cord injuries or orthopaedic injuries This is a home-based role which will involve travel to visit clients, families, solicitors and care teams, within your geographical remit For minor injury cases, there will be times where it is more appropriate to complete INAs/reviews over the phone or via video call This is a home-based role but will require travel to visit clients, families, solicitors and other healthcare professionals Job Details: Location: Southeast, Central and Greater London region Up to 50,000 + Quarterly Bonuse Home based with travel requirements across the South region. Essential Criteria: Full driving licence with access to your own car or public transport links. Ability and commuting access to work across Central and Greater London.
