Your typical day as a Field Events Support Manager: You'll join our team of experts, planning and delivering major events, providing quotes and pricing. You'll create contracts, liaising with customers and negotiate pricing and service provision. Spearheading advertising and promotions, you will work in a range of exciting events at venues across the UK, including trade shows, sporting events, Christmas events and more. Overseeing stock control, you will work closely with a range of skilled colleagues to ensure a seamless service to our customers. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will ensure that our service is reviewed and develop efficiencies in equipment management. You will lead improvements in operating procedures, and reductions in resources. This role will develop your existing planning and organisational abilities and will require occasional site visits. You'll already have: Ideally, a background in events, hospitality or similar. Confidence in communicating and an ability to form positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers. Proven commercial acumen and negotiating skills with the ability to motivate others. Experience in delivering contractual administration. Strong planning, organisation and communication skills Strong attention to detail, be organised, self-motivated and can multitask or work independently with the ability to plan and prioritize workloads with a structured approach. The ability to stay cool under pressure. Preferable: An understanding of the hospitality/licensed trade would be a distinct advantage, but not essential At Innserve, we are One Big Team.
