A leading UK services company, backed by a prominent private equity firm, is seeking a dynamic, data-driven CFO to drive financial strategy and operational excellence across the group.Key Responsibilities:Lead the finance function, delivering insightful financial analysis and strategic guidance to support business objectives.Partner with the executive team to shape and execute financial strategies that drive profitability and growth.Spearhead the integration of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless financial and operational alignment.Develop and implement robust commercial finance frameworks, identifying key performance indicators and optimising financial performance.Collaborate across departments to foster a culture of financial discipline, commercial acumen, and data-driven decision-making.Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to maintain a solid financial foundation.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a CFO in a private equity-backed business.Demonstrated expertise in commercial finance and business partnering within a services environment.Extensive experience leading and integrating mergers and acquisitions.Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical mindset, with a strategic approach to financial management and value creation.Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
