Ongoing opportunity : work with the potential for ongoing role after a successful induction. Frequent work : available Monday to Friday, with regular start times between 04:00AM and 09:00AM. Light workload : 2-3 drops on Class 1 vehicles. Competitive pay : 16.00 per hour + holiday entitlement. Free parking : convenient access to the depot. Your role as an hgv class 1 driver Efficient 'safe deliveries : ensure timely, accurate deliveries while adhering to safety regulations. Communication : keep in regular contact with the depot and clients to ensure smooth operations. Requirements A minimum of 6 months experience as an hgv class 1 driver. Full in-date CPC , tachograph card, and driving licence. Must have held a HGV Class 1 Driver licence for at least 12 months . Good attention to detail . A positive attitude, flexibility, and confidence on the road. No more than 6 penalty points on your licence. Knowledgeable of driving hours and tachograph rules and regulations. Willing to complete an on-site induction prior to January. Happy for long hours. Flexibility to drive Class 2 vehicles as well is preferred. Pay & benefits 16.00 per hour (Monday to Friday) + holiday entitlement. Ongoing role : secure long-term employment after a successful probationary period. Free parking at the depot. 10 - 12 hour shifts typically. 3-5 shifts per week with an opportunity for ongoing work. Occasional weekend shifts available for those interested in extra hours.
