Data Entry Specialist - Finance Contract: 12-month fixed term contract, full-time (37.5 hours per week) Location: Home based, fully remote Salary: £23,809.50 per annum As a Data Entry Specialist within our Finance team at Medigold Health, you’ll be responsible for accurately recording charges for our clients onto our billing system. Working closely with operational and invoicing teams, you’ll ensure all data is entered efficiently, any anomalies are flagged, and billing deadlines are met. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and the ability to process high volumes of transactions are key. Main Objectives: Responsibility for adding charges for our A&D clients onto our billing system. Ensuring these are recorded accurately and timely and working with finance team to resolve queries and anomalies. Requirements for this role: Accuracy and attention to detail in transposing data and adding charges. Efficient in being able to process a high volume of transactions every day. Working as part of a team to understand the dynamic of clients pricing and product structure. Knowledge of Outlook and Excel is essential. There are no formal qualifications required for this role however previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
