Your main role will be to lead the management, development, performance and continuous improvement of all Housing services including, Housing Needs & Homelessness, Tenancy Services and Rent, and Private Sector Housing. The ideal candidate will be an experience Housing Service Manager / Housing Manager / Head of Housing that the following skills and experience:Extensive leadership and senior management experience in a complex organisation. Evidence of controlling and managing substantial budgets. Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills Educated to Degree Level or equivalent relevant to Housing. Foundation degree/Level 5 qualification in housing management. Ideally Chartered membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) or working towards CIH or other relevant profession body. This role will be 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. There will also be an on call element to the role which will be discussed during the interview.
