Our client is a global fashion brand, with a strong online presence comprising of both ladies and mens ready to wear. This role will initially be a 6 month contract. The Supervisor candidate will have a natural passion for people, product and service in a fast paced retail environment. Customer Experience. Our Supervisor will have/be:Previous experience in Bicester Village desirable but not essential Strong interest and passion for ladies and/or mens fashion Previous experience within a Senior Sales or Supervisory roleStrong verbal and communication skillsConfident in coaching and training The package:The salary for the Supervisor is up to 33,000 depending on your experience plus bonus, benefits and a generous clothing allowance and staff discount.BBBH33499
