Calling all Mechanical and Electrical Project Managers with experience on CAT A / CAT B commercial fit out projects.Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Client: My client is one of the UK's leading independent building services companies that specialises in several sectors including commercial, education, data centres, healthcare and residential. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business has an annual turnover in excess of 200M. As a family business, relationship building is central to their culture and values. A huge bulk of their turnover comes from repeat business. This is a standard they strive to maintain by ensuring high standards are upkept across the board. Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager - C.London - 400 - 450 per day.Our client have recently secured a 3 x CAT B Office fit outs with MEP Values in excess of 5M. As a result they are looking for multiple Project Managers.Role/Responsibilities: Tender review/validation Design Management (reviewing design liaising with client, main contractor and consultants)Procurement of subcontractors, kit and plantTechnical submittals RFIs Liaison with client team, main contractor and sub contractorsValue Engineering where applicableProgramming of works using MS Project or Asta projectHealth & Safety management (RAMs)Commercial Responsibility, assisting with sub contractor variation accounts working alongside project specific Quantity Survey.Management of variationsTeam Coordination (overseeing junior engineers, construction managers and supervisors) Progress meetings with sub contractors, client and internal meetingsOverseeing commissioning stagesFormulation of OM Manuals and client handoverThe ideal candidate:Experience managing projects to a minimum of 5m within your own disciplineA minimum 5 years experience in a management roleIn return they offer:A healthy pipeline of work Join a stable business who have an excellent staff attrition rate.Realistic development and promotion opportunity.
