Our Continuous Improvement team aims to achieve optimal performance in our Operations function through a laser focus on being quicker and slicker the aggregation of small margins; constantly identifying opportunities to enhance our customer journeys through process improvement and automation, delivering a more effective and efficient service to our customers, making our business the first choice for our target market, removing failure demand and keeping the business safe. Driven by a desire to make things better, youll understand our business and youll be curious. From initial investigation youll design the optimum approach, youll work with key stakeholders to understand the problem, propose solutions, take on board feedback and take ideas from inception to success through research, proposal, design and roll-out.This role will report into the Head of Continuous Improvement. Key Responsibilities:Analysing company processes and proceduresInvestigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processesMonitoring colleague performance and organisational processesStaying up to date with developments in management and process optimisationContinuously develop and improve operational processes by introducing continuous improvement methodologyAble to apply continuous improvement practices, including value stream optimisation, to eliminate wasteEffectively manage process improvement projects and workstreams as part of wider larger projectsResponsible for maintaining productive relationships with all key stakeholdersWorks cross functionally to ensure end to end customer journeys are understood and decisions are made that give end to end customer and business benefitsWork with key stakeholders to ensure that we achieve regulatory complianceSkills, Qualifications and Experience: Essential:Experience in process optimisation, operations, or business managementA record of successful implementation of operational improvementsA sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organisational structuresA strategic and analytical mindsetAn excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skillsAn understanding of process enhancement strategiesDynamic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesLeadership and mentoring skillsConfidence in your abilities to lead organisational changeApplication of Individual Conduct Rules: Standard of conduct is reasonable under all circumstances relating toMust act with integrityMust act with due skill, care and diligenceMust be open and cooperative with the FCA and other regulatorsMust pay due regard to the interests of customers and treat them fairlyMust observe proper standards of market conductEqual Opportunities:Servaada is an advocate for positive change and conscious inclusion.
