It is a fantastic place to work!Position Overview: As an Estate Security Officer, you will be crucial in maintaining the residents and visitors safety and well-being while contributing to a community that values excellence, security, and refined living. The role requires a high level of self-presentation, customer service, and communication skills, which are essential, along with a positive/helpful attitude.Key Responsibilities:Work with the Security Officers in your team to ensure all security records during your shifts are kept up to dateAssist the Estate Security Manager/Team Leaders in developing and sharing 'best practice' and use of systems and tools to improve service effectivenessComplete patrols internally and externallyUse CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems following SOP'sProficiently use all relevant surveillance and communications equipmentTo be trained and use body camera during your shiftAbout You:SIA and CCTV SIA licence requiredAt least 2 years experience in Corporate or Estate Security and customer serviceImmaculate presentation and outstanding communication skills (You are the face of our Estate)Physically fit to complete patrolsFriendly, professional and courteous demeanorIf you are driven and looking for a new challenge, then we want to hear from you!
