Following significant investment, my client are seeking a Field Service Electrician to work on site, responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance, reactionary services and predominately running the Hydrogen Power Units (HPUs) on sites across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background followed by mechanical skills and a solid ability to problem solve.Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityResponsibilitiesAbility to work safely at all times, ensuring compliance to regulations and Safe Systems of WorkRunning the Hydrogen Power Units including hydrogen changeoversMaintenance and service of essential electrical and mechanical systemsInstallation and commissioning of Hydrogen Power UnitsInstallation of basic power distribution componentsRecording of data (Hydrogen usage, power output)Present a positive and professional imageAbility to analyse and solve complex problemsClearly communicate technical issuesWiring of AMFs and distribution boardsDesirable ExperienceRequired - Relevant technical qualification and training in an electrical discipline.
