Each member of staff is given a well-defined progression path, ensuring opportunities for growth and career development within the company.Project:Commercial Fit Out Cat A and Cat B, 200M+Roles & Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Manage subcontractors and all trades.Short term look aheadsImplement and enforce health 'safety to the correct standardIdeal Candidate:Have experience working on fit out of commercial offices.Longevity with previous employers.Ideally have experience working on complex cut and carve refurbishment, retained facades, subterranean work, removing roofs and extending buildings or prime end user CAT B fit outs.Previous extensive Construction Management experience.Hard workingStrong understanding of construction processes and regulations.ReliableResilientCSCS, First Aid, SMSTSSalary:Up to 80,000 + Package
