This is a key leadership role within the finance function, ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in managing transactional finance teams. The position offers genuine opportunities for career progression within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.Key responsibilities will include:Oversee daily bank postings across the groupManage the bank reconciliation process for all group companiesLead the cash flow forecasting process for the groupTake ownership of payment and fund transfer processesHandle bank account administration, including openings, closures, mandate updates, and general maintenanceSupervise processing of expenses and company credit card transactionsManage relationships with merchant credit card processorsEnsure strong internal controls are embedded within all treasury processesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to implement best practices across all treasury functionsProduce KPI and dashboard reports to support performance monitoringManage daily cash operations, including cash pooling administration, monitoring of cash positions versus overdraft limits, loan drawdowns, and short-term depositsDevelop and maintain robust cash flow forecasting models; track and analyse variances against projectionsAssist with bank relationship management, including compliance reporting and participation in refinancing initiatives as neededCollaborate with business units to ensure effective measures are taken to optimise cash conversionSupport team management activities, including hiring, training, developing, within the functionEnhance and streamline the efficiency of core systemsCandidate Profile:Experienced working in a transactional financial management roleExperienced in month end close bank and balance sheet reconciliationAbility to manage internal and external stakeholder relationshipsGood financial systems knowledge and other reporting/analytical tools Excellent analytical skillsStrong managerial skills with an appetite for continuous improvementIf you feel you have the above skill set and would like to find out more information, please apply with your most up to date CV for consideration.
