Yeah, you know the type were chatting about here.This means regular face time with buyers, leading joint business plans, managing promotions and pricing and working closely with internal teams to bring NPD to life on store shelves across the country.Theres plenty of pace, but the setup is lean and agile. Youll have direct access to decision makers, real responsibility from day one and the space to shape things how you see fit. If youre someone who likes to move fast and make an impact, youll feel right at home here.Maybe youre a NAM or a high-performing Commercial Exec (With P&L accountability) whos ready to take on more scale. Chilled or short shelf-life experience would be great, but the real must-have is a solid grip on retail dynamics and a head for numbers.You can be based in South Wales or London, with a couple days a week spent in the opposite location respectfully.This isnt a supporting role, its yours to own.Lets talk!
