Your focus on the well-being and development of your staff will be the cornerstone of success whilst having a continuous improvement mindset.Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the Transport distribution arm of the business.Performance Metrics: Continue to evolve the organisational approach to KPI's, whilst ensuring existing site standardisation.Performance Management: Proven experience managing under / over performance, along with experience leading; Probation reviews, return to works, PDP's, Annual Reviews and Disciplinary's.TMS Expertise: Utilise your experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency.Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer. Key Candidate Requirements: The successful candidate for the Warehouse Team Manager (Any 5 from 7) positions will have the following skills and experiences:Have a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background - Essential.Have experience working within a FMCG background - Advantageous.Have a minimum of 3+ years' experience at a Warehouse Supervisor /Warehouse Shift Manager / Warehouse Operations Manager level - Essential.Have managed teams beyond 60+ employees / drivers through direct managerial reports - Essential.Exceptional people management and leadership skills - Essential.An understanding of Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement Methodology - Advantageous.A working knowledge of WMS systems - Essential.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Essential.Commutable to Walsall, for 5 days per week - Essential.
