Over the last 20 years the business has been an active and opportunistic investor in predominantly value add, UK wide commercial real estate on behalf of a diverse, synicated investor client base. The company delivers a full investment management service across acquisitions, asset management and property management.Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.This is a senior and pivotal role, working alongside the MD and the Chairman.Role and ResponsibilitiesLead the property management team and oversee best in class service to the expansive tenant baseLead the Asset Management team in the delivery of upper quartile investor returns through creative, strategically engineered initiativesOversight of all tenant applications for assignation, subletting and alterations acting as an escalation point where necessaryOversight of all legal instructions to ensure that all disputes and AM opportunities are dealt with efficientlyWork with the investment team to ensure that all transation activity includes and element of both asset and property management, prior to deal completionProvide the MD with monthy and quarterly reports on high level metrics across the portoflio which is turn can be delivered to investorsThe PersonA senior property professional with at least 10 years experience gained across property management of a diverse, high yielding commercial portfolioProven experience leading and developing a team of professionals across asset management, property management, management accounting, finance and legalExposure to UK real estate investment markets would be advantageous from an awareness perspectiveAn adaptable and creative individual, comfortable interacting at all levels of a compnay matrixAccomplished communicator with excellent reporting skillsHigh levels of organisational discipline, with lots of past exposure to dealing with multiple business systems and processes across a fully diversified, internally dependant companyThis is a dynamic and exciting role with significant opportunity to make a positive mark within this ambitious business.
