If so......My client is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of ER, you will play a key role working as part of a team of experienced ER professionals. This team is passionate about delivering a high-quality ER service.Advise managers on policy, HR best practices and legislation while managing a portfolio of 30 cases including complex ER cases.Partner with Managers, coaching on risk assessmentSupport senior management with case documentation and employment tribunal reportsDeliver ER workshopsAd-hoc projectsYou will need the following experience to be considered:-Currently operating as an ER Advisor or possess experience in the full spectrum of ER related mattersAbility to demonstrate credible ER knowledge covering all elements of the employee life cycle.Qualified or working towards CIPD Level 3 or 5Strong customer service skillsUnderstanding of employment lawIn return they offer a salary of 40-45k (dependent on experience) plus excellent benefits including a bonus.For more information, please email your cv to swarburton@theonegroup.co.uk or call me on 07821 664529IND2
