Mechanical Supervisor / Mechanical Site ManagerAre you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.Location: CambridgeContract/ Day RateA Mechanical and Electrical contractor who has been established for over 50 years is looking for several Mechanical Supervisor's to run men and subbies on a Residential site in Cambridge.Duties & Responsibilities:Managing site-based mechanical trade contractors and workersEnsuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation & ensuring works are carried out in accordance with procedures.Technical documentation and project reporting including risk assessments, method statements, O&M manuals, technical submittals etc.Attending weekly progress meetings with the client, main contractor and subcontractors.Ensuring key milestones are achieved, with a high quality of installation maintained throughout.Successful applicants will need to have the below:Mechanical / plumbing qualificationCSCS card (Managers)SSSTS certificateIdeally a track record of delivering projects in the Residential sectors.The ideal candidate will have upwards of two years' experience as a Mechanical Supervisor whilst a stable career history with leading M&E building services contractors is also preferred.If you like the sound of this so far then hit the apply button right away so that we can tell you more!
