Youll be the right hand, the diary wrangler, the person who keeps things on track and running smoothly. From managing emails and appointments to handling meeting prep and follow-ups, youll take care of the detail so the big-picture stuff can happen.This is a varied and fast-paced role, perfect for someone whos dependable, organised, and great with people.Duties: Manage the Directors diary and schedule prioritising time, booking meetings, and keeping everything running smoothly Monitor and organise emails, highlighting urgent items, drafting responses, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks Plan and prepare for meetings including agendas, briefings, taking minutes, and chasing up actions Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for meetings, events, and conferences Help manage personal admin and errands, where needed, to free up headspace and time Act as the main point of contact on behalf of the Director screening calls and handling communications with professionalism Maintain and improve systems and processes to keep the Director organised and efficient Support with internal projects or tasks pulling together presentations, reports, and research when required Liaise with team members and external contacts to keep projects on track and deadlines met Anticipate needs think ahead, plan ahead, and act before being askedSkills: Previous experience as a PA, EA, or similar support role Naturally organised and detail-oriented Calm under pressure and able to handle changing priorities Strong communicator, both written and verbal Confident using project tools, and tech in general Proactive you spot what needs doing before being asked Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive or confidential information Full UK driving licence and access to a car some travel may be required Experience supporting leadership in a fast-paced digital agency or creative environment is an advantage, but not essentialThis position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to contribute to the success of our team while developing their professional skills in a supportive environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: From 27,000 per yearAdditional pay: Performance bonusBenefits: Company events Company pension Cycle to work scheme Free parking On-site parkingSchedule: Monday to FridayExperience: PA: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
