Business AnalystYou could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.Contract role - day rate3 months initially (may then be extended)hybrid - MaidenheadAn experienced Business Analyst with experience working in a multi-sited business, (possibly retail or leisure) to carry out the first stage of a project to scope out requirements by identifying who are the stakeholders are, speaking to stakeholders by holding in-person workshops, online workshops, face-to-face meetings and online calls and eliciting their needs. At the end of this stage of the project to show what the solution needs to look like, what are the requirements for this solution in terms of what does the business actually want from it. What does the business wants from the solution. Building out requirements, user stories and building the stakeholder map.Qualified in/or studying towards relevant qualifications for role or equivalent including BCS or IIAB Business Analysis certifications an advantageDetailed knowledge and experience in implementing IT related business projects, which involve multiple activities and streams of people from both IT and business teams using Waterfall and Agile methodologiesExperience of working in a multi-channel digital and/or retail organisation and of working within a Matrix structureAbility to write User Stories and Business Process documents according to a variety of recognised standardsA proven ability to translate technical designs and constraints to understandable business concepts Good awareness of Product Lifecycle; strategy and how this informs and drives product developmentThe ability to transform data into insight and prioritise solutions that deliver maximum value Good working knowledge of process mapping tools such as MS VisioMust be immediately available
