We are seeking a Vehicle Schemes Administrator to join a small team within the Remarketing department. You will be working within a small team of 4, assisting with the administration of various internal company car schemes.Responsibilities:You will be dealing with the administration of our Employee, Contractors, Pensioners and Company car schemes. This means:Answering any questions with regards to vehicle ordering from the President to a new Administrator, from people who know lots, to brand new people Patience is very important.Youll need to know the rules and processes that the company work with and the myriad of systems that you need to interact with on a daily basis the Vehicle management system and Case management system mainly, but also systems that support additional vehicle information, inspections, insurance and licence data and many others.
