PE Global is recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician for our multinational manufacturing client based in Desford. The role is an initial 12 month contract and the rates for this role are 18.04 PAYE - 24.70 Umbrella p/h. Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.Responsibilities:Maintaining equipment and using a computerised maintenance system.Responding to equipment breakdowns and completing repairs to equipment.Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions on industrial/assembly equipment, machinery and building as required.Perform preventative maintenance as per schedules.Order replacement parts and stocks.Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policy and safe working practices.Adhere to Caterpillar's Values in Action: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, Teamwork.Requirements:Critical thinking skills root cause analysis.Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.Ability to work collaboratively with team and work towards agreed outcomes.HNC/HND qualification desirable OR NVQ level 3/equivalentElectrical bias fault finding would be a great addition to the team OR experience with PLC systems.Experience in using PLC based systems would be an advantage.Please note PE Global cannot assist with sponsorship.
