You'll be working alongside a skilled group of professionals who are passionate about creating positive change in the lives of the families we work with.About the RoleAs an Advanced Social Worker within the Family Safeguarding Team, you will take on complex case management, undertake safeguarding assessments, conduct Care Act assessments, and lead Mental Capacity Assessments. You will be responsible for providing supervision to junior staff, offering reflective practice, and mentoring social work students.
