This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced, aggressively growing and fluid environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative training programmes that support the company's strategic goals and embed its values. In this role, you will strategically relationship manage and encourage interdepartmental collaboration at a senior leadership level. The appointee will be a key contributor to shaping organisational culture and developing the talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities Create and execute learning strategies and programmes that align with thecompany's ambitious growth plansEvaluate individual and organisational development needs in a rapidly evolvingbusiness environmentImplement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)Help shape and embed the organisational culture through facilitated employeesessionsSupport managers to develop their team members through developmentconversations and plansDesign and deliver impactful training sessions, from executive leadershipprogrammes to company-wide initiativesManage budgets and negotiate contracts with suppliersProduce reports for internal tracking and external accreditationsSupport Heads of Departments with Continuing Professional DevelopmentinitiativesWork in partnership with Executive Directors and senior stakeholders to drivelearning initiativesKey Projects Shape and lead the Leadership Development Programme for Future Leaders andHigh PotentialsAssess e-learning platforms with a view to potential consolidationIntroduce and embed a mentoring programmePartner with industry bodies on qualification and learning interventionsRequirements Essential Proven experience within a similar role with a track record of designing anddelivering learning programmes at all levelsDemonstrable passion for creating exceptional learning experiencesEvidence of successfully working with senior leadership teams in corporatesettingsExperience of performing effective training needs analysisTrack record of delivering training to diverse groups on various topicsCurrent knowledge of effective learning and development methodologiesStrong coaching and facilitation skillsFamiliarity with e-learning platforms and practicesExperience in project management and budgetingOutstanding stakeholder management skills at all levelsExcellent communication abilities with the confidence to influence at seniorlevelsAbility to work appropriately with high levels of confidentiality and sensitivityStrong IT skills, including Microsoft packages and HR software/databasesExcellent organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironmentAdaptability and agility to navigate a rapidly changing business landscapeDesirable CIPD Level 7 qualification (highly advantageous)Background spanning HR, Learning & Development and OrganisationalDevelopmentWhat the Company Offers Opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth companyChance to shape the future of learning and developmentFlexible working arrangementsCommitment to professional developmentCollaborative and innovative cultureThe company is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals regardless of race, gender, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age.
