If youre already in a 360 recruitment role - ideally in legal, or something adjacent like professional services, finance, or compliance - and youre looking for more autonomy, more credibility, and more connection to your work, youll want to keep reading.Youll be joining a team that values pace, integrity, and performance and understands that great recruitment doesnt happen by accident.The OpportunityThis is a 360 role, with full ownership of your desk - but not without support.We believe in giving our consultants the freedom to operate their market, while also providing the structure, tools, and insights that help you perform at your best.What you'll be doing:Managing end-to-end legal recruitment across private practice and in-houseBuilding and maintaining deep relationships with law firms and legal teamsNurturing candidate pipelines and owning your nicheWinning new business and reactivating warm relationshipsContributing to divisional strategy, BD campaigns and brand positioningLevel-wise, were open to:Consultants who have 12+ months 360 experience and are ready for more ownershipSenior/Principal Consultants looking to elevate their desk, step into mentoring, or shape new service linesYou dont need to have done legal recruitment specifically - professional services, finance or another advisory sector is transferable if your mindset and values are alignedWhy Iconic?Since 2019, weve grown to a team of 13 across Legal, Finance, HR, Marketing, Technology and more.
