ResponsibilitiesLead entire project lifecycles, including space and ground segments, launch, commissioning, and operational deliveryManage complex, multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix structure, providing strong leadership and motivationCreate and track project plans, schedules, deliverables, budgets, and risk registers using tools like MS Project and Earned Value ManagementAct as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignmentPrepare and manage project reviews and customer milestone paymentsControl project finances, ensuring delivery to scope, time, and budgetSupport bid teams by developing programme schedules, cost packs, and risk strategies for new opportunitiesExperience, Knowledge & SkillsYouve successfully delivered complex engineering or technical projects, ideally in the satellite, space, defence, or aerospace sectorYou hold a degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a related technical fieldYoure a natural team leader who can inspire, guide, and bring out the best in cross-functional teamsYour interpersonal skills shine with both customers and colleagues.
