As they continue to grow, were looking for creative minds to join our journey and shape the future of play.About the Role:Were on the hunt for a Packaging Designer to join a dynamic product design team. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, youll be responsible for developing visually engaging, brand-aligned packaging across a variety of toy categories. This is a hands-on, creative role where youll take ideas from initial concept through to final production, collaborating closely with product designers, marketers, and manufacturers to ensure packaging stands out on shelves and performs in real-world conditions.Key responsibilities include:Designing unique, market-ready packaging solutions from concept to productionCreating dielines, mock-ups, and packaging artwork with strong visual appealCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets brand and functional goalsPreparing accurate control drawings and final artwork for print and productionCoordinating with vendors to ensure quality and feasibility in manufacturingAbout YouYoull be a creative thinker with a keen eye for design and a solid understanding of packaging structure and materials. You love developing packaging that doesnt just look greatbut works great too. Youre detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Wed love to hear from you if you have:Experience in packaging design preferably in toys, consumer products, or a related fieldProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopA strong understanding of print production, dielines, and packaging constructionExperience with 3D rendering tools (e.g. Keyshot, Cinema4D) is a plusIf you do your own illustrations excellent!
