This is a fantastic opportunity to join their North Midlands office and play a key role in supporting the land acquisition process through detailed budget appraisals.The Role EstimatorAs an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing fully costed land appraisals based on technical drawings and site information. Working closely with Land, Technical, and Sales teams, you'll help assess the viability of new sites before bids are made.Key Responsibilities:Produce budget appraisals using detailed technical drawingsTake off accurate quantities for build cost estimatesPrepare costings for roads, sewers, abnormals, and enabling worksInput and manage preliminary costs for construction and sales phasesAttend site visits when required to assess constraintsMaintain cost data and update trackers regularlyAbout YouRequirements:ONC/HNC (or equivalent) essentialHND or Degree in a relevant subject desirableExperience in construction ideally residential / housebuildingStrong numerical and analytical skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and reportsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsSelf-motivated and capable of working independently/remotelyBenefits:Up to 70,000 salary5,100 car allowance5% annual bonus25 days holiday plus bank holidays4% employee pension contributionOpportunity to work with a premium housebuilderHow to ApplyIf you're an experienced Estimator looking to join a high-quality residential developer with strong career prospects and an attractive benefits package, apply today or get in touch for a confidential chat.
