A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.Recruitment & SelectionOnboarding & OffboardingPerformance ManagementAttendance ManagementEmployee Talent JourneyDrafting PoliciesImplementation and advice on policies and proceduresGeneralist provision of HR servicesInvestigations, Disciplinary & GrievancesMonthly ReportingSupporting ad organising wellbeing and engagement initiativesThe Junior HR Business Partner will also take the lead on Training, Wellbeing and EngagementThe main responsibilities include:The role encompasses routine and non-routine tasks, driven both by the HR and organisational Strategy, but also the need to be reactive as people related situations arise:Routine regular HRMs (HR Meetings) with the N-2 managers of each department; accurate and timely management of job changes; regular reporting and acting on core HR information such as Headcount, Absence, Eligibility to Work checksNon-routine The incumbent will be expected to have a high degree of autonomy to be able to respond to the requirements of the business as they arise. This could be on matters relating to individuals, or organisational change. Policies and internal guidelines are available, however, the incumbent will be required to respond as situations arise.The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in HR is essential, either in a specialist or generalist HR role.Understanding of GHRC and ADP/Payroll systems would be advantageousExcellent communication skills and motivational skillsGood interpersonal skills are essential, as the incumbent will be expected to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the business quickly.Must be resilient and a self-starterWell organised with good attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.High level of integrity and discretion.Ability to prioritise and multitask.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Time management and prioritisation skills.Stellantis is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
