This is an exciting new role for a Senior Product Manager to join us in our Commercial & Transformation team, who will report to the Head of Commercial.Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.The role holder will be the product champion across TotalEnergies Gas & Power (TGPL), with a key focus on our core gas and electricity products in SME and Major Business (import and export). This extends to complex flexible offerings and may also include support for ancillary products (e.g. energy efficiency, solar, EV).Become the expert on our product range & how we deliver it to customers within TotalEnergies Gas & Power. Responsibility for a coherent product roadmap that is bought into by key stakeholders and identification of new products and improvements to existing products that can increase commercial value and customer experience and also playing a key role in the delivery of product changes and in launches/relaunches of products into market.The role holder will own the product roadmap, identifying product changes and amendments, producing business cases, and working with stakeholders to deliver product changes. They will oversee the planning and execution of new product launches and ensure that product collateral and training materials are engaging and fit for purpose.You'll create and maintain valued relationships across the whole business including the Commercial department and key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Change in order to gather feedback on the product performance and work closely on new product launches and product changes.Role Details:Bonus: Up to 20%Location: Tadworth (KT20 6RP)Contract type: Contract 18 Months Working Pattern - (KT20 6RP) 3 days a week The successful candidate will be responsible for:Own, maintain, and develop the product roadmap, working collaboratively with other teams, particularly Pricing, Sales, and Servicing.Gather feedback from customers (both directly and indirectly) and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and gaps in the product offering, through customer interactions and internal workshops. This pertains to SME and Major business gas & electricity products, as well as the ancillary product offering.Understand the competitor product set and identify gaps/strengths relative to the TGP offering.Identify necessary or desirable changes to existing products, and opportunities to develop new product variants that meet customer needs and enhance commercial performance (including ownership of associated contractual paperwork).Develop business cases and collaborate with Business Improvement, Pricing, and IT to implement functional changes.Plan and execute product launches, ensuring successful roll-out by working with Sales, Commercial, Business Improvement, and Marketing to agree on execution and success metrics.Review current product literature and identify gaps and areas for improvement, collaborating with the marketing team to implement necessary changes.Possess a deep working knowledge of our product contracting process and general conditions, serving as a subject matter expert to shape and inform any required modifications.Support sales by identifying the right products for customers and assessing the feasibility of bespoke changes for specific sales opportunities and take ownership of supporting documentation in such instances.Requirements and Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience of developing plans and roadmapsExperience of building business cases and forming logical arguments based on insightExperience of leading virtual teamsExperience of delivering projects successfully with multiple stakeholdersAbout the office:Based at the Kingswood Field office KT20 6RP (Tadworth), a 28-acre office campus site set in the Surrey countryside with Trail walks.
