We are actively looking on behalf of our client for a new mid-weight interior architect to join this award-winning interior design and architecture studio who are based in Surrey, just inside the M25.Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.You will be working as part of a team on both UK and international projects from concept through to completion across all project phases. Projects will be innovative and luxurious high-end designs for the residential market, boutique hotels and the high-net-worth clientele.The main duties will include: Creating CAD technical drawing packagesProducing detailed internal architectural drawingsProducing schedulesResearching and creating presentations and sample boards for all interior architectural fixtures and finishesLeading client and contractor meetings and liaising with suppliersSkills and Experience Required from the Interior Architect:3 to 4+ years of post-graduate experience in luxury residential designProficiency in Microsoft office, AutoCAD and the Adobe SuiteTechnical drawing skills along with technical understanding of the full design processGood problem-solving skills, thinking on your feet but being commercially mindedKnowledge of bespoke cabinetry, bathroom and FF&E finishesA full, clean driving licence for site visitsIn return they offer:A salary of between 34k and 38kEnhanced pension scheme after 2 years and 5 years23 days holiday plus bank holidaysRegular work social eventsEnd of year bonus
